Carlo Tavecchio (born 13 July 1943) is an Italian politician, sports executive and administrator who has been serving as president of Lega Nazionale Dilettanti.〔http://www.blitzquotidiano.it/sport/carlo-tavecchio-71-anni-curriculum-e-fedina-penale-del-candidato-presidente-figc-1917626/〕 On 7 October 2014, Tavecchiow was banned by UEFA for racist remarks for six months; he was not allowed to hold any UEFA position and was barred from the UEFA congress in March 2015.
